Services

How it fits together.

A customer placing an order touches a website, which talks to business software, which runs on a server, over a network, protected by a firewall, backed up somewhere safe — and ideally without anyone re-typing it. We work on every part of that route.

01System map

The route through a typical organization.

Simplified diagram. Your organization’s systems will differ; mapping them is usually our first step.

02The four groups

Four groups. Seven services. One system.

Each service stands on its own, and each is designed to connect cleanly to the others. Start with the problem in front of you; we will show you what it touches.

Build

The software your customers and staff actually use.

Websites, web platforms, mobile apps and the custom business software behind them — designed around real tasks, built to be maintained, and connected to the tools you already rely on.

Connect

The networks and servers everything runs on.

Office and multi-site networks, Wi-Fi, internet links, servers and cloud infrastructure — planned, documented and sized for how your organization works today and next year.

03Common combinations

Problems rarely respect service boundaries.

These are typical combinations of work. Your situation may need one service or several; we will recommend only what is useful.

04Before we start

A few useful answers.

You can start with one problem. We will help you work out what it needs.

Can we start with just one service?

Yes. A website, a network review or a backup test can be a project on its own. We look at what it depends on and recommend other work only when it is useful.

Can you work with systems we already have?

We start by reviewing what is there, how it is used and who owns it. Keeping or improving an existing system may be the simplest route. We explain any limits before proposing changes.

How are cost and timing agreed?

After understanding the problem, we propose a written scope, priorities, cost and timeline. Equipment, licences and ongoing services are identified separately so you can make an informed decision.

What do we receive at handover?

The agreed work, documentation and access in accounts you control. For custom software, that includes the source code and instructions for running it. Support and maintenance can be scoped separately.
