What we can take on.

We are a new company, so we will not show you a portfolio we have not earned yet. Instead, this page describes the kinds of projects we are set up to deliver, and walks through a few illustrative scenarios so you can see how we think.

01Project types

Typical engagements.

  1. Company website or relaunch

A fast, accessible, bilingual-ready website with a content system your team can update.

  2. Customer portal or booking system

Self-service for customers — accounts, requests, bookings or orders — connected to your back office.

  3. Mobile app

iOS and Android apps for customers or field staff, with the back end and admin tools they need.

  4. Internal tool or dashboard

Replacing a critical spreadsheet or manual report with a proper, permissioned application.

  5. System integration

Making CRM, accounting, e-commerce or HR systems exchange data reliably.

  6. Office network build or refresh

Survey, design, cabling, switching, Wi-Fi and firewall for a new or existing site.

  7. Server replacement or cloud migration

Moving ageing servers to new hardware or the cloud with planned downtime and rollback.

  8. Backup & recovery plan

Recovery targets agreed, backups redesigned, restore tests run and a recovery runbook written.

  9. Security baseline

A prioritised review followed by firewall, MFA, patching and email protection work.

  10. Workflow automation

Approvals, data entry and recurring reports automated with logging and human review.

02Sample scenarios

How we would approach it.

The scenarios below are illustrative. They are not client projects and do not describe real organizations. They show the kind of reasoning you can expect from us.

Illustrative scenario — not a client project

A two-branch clinic with one fragile server

The tangle

Patient scheduling and records run on a single ageing server at the main branch. The second branch connects over an unreliable link. Backups go to a USB drive that stays in the same room.

The route we would take

  1. Inventory the server, applications and data, and agree recovery targets with the clinic.
  2. Replace the branch link with an encrypted site-to-site connection and a backup internet line.
  3. Move backups to multiple copies, including one offsite and one protected from deletion, then test a full restore.
  4. Plan the server replacement or migration with a documented rollback.

What you would have at the end

A documented network, backups proven by a restore test, and a written recovery plan — with the remaining risks stated clearly.

Illustrative scenario — not a client project

A distributor running orders through email and spreadsheets

The tangle

Orders arrive by email and phone, are typed into a spreadsheet, then re-typed into the accounting system. Customers call to ask where their order is.

The route we would take

  1. Map the order process with the people who run it and identify where errors occur.
  2. Build a simple ordering portal for repeat customers, with order status they can check themselves.
  3. Integrate the portal with the accounting system so orders are entered once.
  4. Automate confirmations and a daily exceptions report for anything that needs a human.

What you would have at the end

Orders entered once, visible to customers and staff, with a log of every automated step and a clear owner for exceptions.

Illustrative scenario — not a client project

A professional firm asked to prove its security

The tangle

A major client sends a security questionnaire. The firm has a consumer-grade router, no MFA on email, and shared passwords for key systems.

The route we would take

  1. Run a baseline review and rank the gaps by likelihood and impact.
  2. Enable MFA, replace shared passwords with individual accounts and a password manager.
  3. Install and configure a business firewall; lock down remote access.
  4. Document each control so the questionnaire can be answered accurately — including what is not yet in place.

What you would have at the end

Fewer likely entry points, honest answers the firm can stand behind, and a short list of next improvements.

Client work will appear here.

As projects are completed — and only with each client’s permission — we will publish them here with real details.
